Nutter Represents AppwoRx LLC in its Acquisition by PatientNOW

Nutter served as legal counsel to AppwoRx LLC, a Boston-based medical technology manufacturer, in connection with its acquisition by PatientNOW, a private equity-backed computer software company headquartered in Englewood, CO. The legal team was led by Michael Kushnir in the Corporate and Transactions Department and included Portia Keady, AJ Santaniello, and Mary Moran on corporate matters; Laura Marsell, Chris McLoon, Michael Mooney, and Erin Whitney on tax matters; Pat Concannon, Liza Hadley, Derek Roller, Rory P. AppwoRx is a HIPPA compliant clinical photography photo management and storage app for the dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, vein treatment, medical spa and wound care fields. The AppwoRx platform combines mobile and cloud technology to streamline the process of capturing and managing medical photos.
