Nutter Represents Column Health in its Acquisition of the Center for Psychiatric Medicine
Print PDFNutter served as legal counsel to Column Health, a network of technology-enabled, community-based outpatient mental health and addiction clinics throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut, in connection with its acquisition of the Center for Psychiatric Medicine (CPM). The legal team was led by Michael Kushnir in the Corporate and Transactions Department and included Ellie Myers and Portia Keady.
The Lawrence, Mass. CPM center officially began operating as a Column Health facility on July 14, 2020. Since its founding in 2010, CPM’s multidisciplinary behavioral health care practice provides patients with a full range of outpatient psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, and addiction treatment services.
