Nutter Elects Three New Partners
Print PDFNutter is pleased to announce the election of three talented attorneys to partner. Effective on January 1, 2026, Kathleen R. Henry and Elizabeth S. Myers will be elevated to partner in its Corporate Department and John C. Leddy to partner in its Litigation Department.

Meet Nutter’s newest partners:
Kathleen R. Henry is a partner in the Corporate Department. Henry provides legal counsel to corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, and other entities on a wide range of issues, including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and angel financing transactions. She also represents issuers in capital market transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Henry assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their business, from business growth and financial development to the realization of a successful exit or recapitalization. She assists financial institutions with corporate and regulatory issues, as well as reorganizations, acquisitions, and private placements. She is recognized in The Best Lawyers of America: Ones to Watch and Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Henry earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Denison University.
John C. Leddy is a partner in the Litigation Department. Leddy advises clients on a wide range of global complex commercial litigation with a particular focus on the real estate, banking, and insurance industries. He provides strategic advice on important business decisions and represents clients through trial. Clients often engage Leddy for actions stemming from complex real estate-related matters, joint venture and partnership disputes, as well as land use and construction related litigation in state and federal courts. His practice takes him nationwide, with recent actions in Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, and Minnesota, among others. Leddy also litigates in international arbitrations and has overseen international disputes for various clients. He serves on the Litigation Committee and the Sports Law Committee for the New York City Bar Association and is a member of the Irish American Bar Association of New York. Leddy earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Trinity College.
Elizabeth S. Myers is a partner in the Corporate Department. Myers provides legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, and general corporate governance. She represents early- and growth-stage companies in all stages of their business life cycle in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, life sciences, and information and technology services. She advises venture capital, private equity, and angel investors in connection with their investments in operating companies, and advises clients on initial planning and formation, securing financing from third parties, and realizing business goals. Myers earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Hamilton College.
