Portia Keady Honored as 40 Under 40 Awardee by the Boston Business Journal
Print PDFPortia S. Keady, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department, was honored by the Boston Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 Awardee. This elite group of honorees was selected from over 300 nominees and spotlights the top young professionals breaking through the Boston area.
Portia was selected for her steadfast counsel to clients as they navigate the changing corporate landscape and disruptions brought from the influx of artificial intelligence, strong leadership and mentorship within the firm, and representation of Nutter on an international level through Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW) and the New England-Canada Business Council (NECBC). She is a founder of the MetroWest Women’s Networking Group, a peer network supporting women at all stages of life and career, and a member of the Youth Villages Development Committee and the Concord Board of Health.
Portia advises clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, corporate governance, licensing (including liquor licensing for food and beverage clients), escrow agreements, and due diligence. She also counsels early stage and mature companies on their day-to-day corporate needs, including corporate strategy, organization and succession planning, in a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, food service, manufacturing, technology, artificial intelligence, software, and professional services.
