Nutter Elevates 4 Attorneys to Partner

Nutter is pleased to announce the promotion of four talented attorneys to partner. The elevations are effective on January 1, 2024, and include lawyers from three of the Firm’s array of practices.

Meet Nutter’s newest partners:

Caitlin Glynn is a partner in the Private Client Department. She advises clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate law. High net worth individuals and families looking to preserve generational wealth rely on Glynn’s legal counsel for a wide range of estate planning services. Glynn is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, and serves as counsel for families across the Northeast. Glynn is active in the Boston Bar Association (BBA) and the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), serving as a member and former chair on the Tax Law Update Committee and the Member Involvement Committee, respectively. Glynn’s accolades include The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch,” Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars, and Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.

Portia Keady is a partner in the Corporate Department. She represents clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture-backed financing, corporate governance, licensing, escrow agreements, and due diligence. Keady counsels early stage and mature companies on corporate strategy, organization, and succession planning in a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, food service and hospitality, manufacturing, technology, software, and professional services. She is a member of the Youth Villages Leadership Council, the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, and the Executive Committee for Lawyers Have Heart, an affiliate of the American Heart Association. She is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch.” Keady earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Trinity College.

Sara Lonks Wong is a partner in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on business litigation, intellectual property litigation (with particular interest in copyright and trademark law), complex commercial litigation, and product liability defense. A variety of clients rely on Lonks Wong’s counsel, oral advocacy skills, and writing skills in connection with contemplated litigation, threatened litigation, and the litigation lifecycle, including fact discovery, expert discovery, and trial. Both inside and outside the courtroom, Lonks Wong has successfully defended clients in various industries, including insurance companies, banks, pharmaceutical companies, charitable corporations, publishers, and media companies. Committed to pro bono representation, Lonks Wong has advised clients in immigration, family law, education, asylum, and landlord-tenant housing matters. She regularly contributes to Nutter’s BLS Blog and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch.” Prior to joining Nutter, Lonks Wong was an associate at an international law firm headquartered in New York City. Lonks Wong earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross.

Nicholas Stabile is a partner in the Private Client Department. He counsels clients in all estate planning matters, including probate, estate and trust administration, and estate and gift tax planning. Stabile serves on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Trusts and Estates Steering Committee and was a member of the BBA’s 2017-2018 Public Interest Leadership Program. He is a 2023 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys, and an advisor to Playworks New England. Stabile is honored as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and in The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch.” He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University.
