Nutter Represents Tuscan Village in $60 Million Construction Loan

Nutter represented its client, Tuscan Village, in connection with a $60 million construction loan for the development of South Village, part of the Tuscan Village project. The legal team that worked to secure the loan included Matt Doring, Jeff Vigliotti, Jennifer Sacco Smith, and Michael Kushnir.

The South Village is a 199,000 square foot destination that will feature Tuscan Market and a wide array of retailers, restaurants, and services. Located in Salem, NH, Tuscan Village is a 2.8 million square foot mixed-use development that includes 70 acres of mixed-use programming, 800,000 square feet of “best in class” retail, and one million square feet of class A office space.
