Nutter Represents Strategic Cyber LLC in Acquisition by HelpSystems

Nutter advised Strategic Cyber LLC in connection with its acquisition by HelpSystems, a Minnesota-based IT software company. The legal team was led by Shannon Zollo in the Corporate and Transactions Department, and included Josh Gray, Meghan Kelly, Ellie Myers, and A.J. Founded in 2012, Strategic Cyber LLC develops software for penetration testers and red teams. Its premier product is Cobalt Strike, a leading penetration testing (pen-testing) solution that enables companies to emulate the tactics and techniques of a cyberthief in an IT network to highlight weaknesses.
