Nutter served as legal counsel to Ceres Partners, LLC, a leading U.S.-based alternative asset manager specializing in farmland investments, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT), a global financial innovator, offering a diverse suite of exchange-traded products (ETPs), models and solutions, as well as digital asset-related products. The acquisition will bring nearly $1.85 billion in assets under management, across more than 500 U.S. farm properties, to WisdomTree. The Nutter team was led by Michael Krebs and Tom Rosedale, and included Mark Burgiel, Kate Henry, Tim Rennie, and Jinal Sharma.

“We’re thrilled to have partnered with Nutter on this milestone transaction. We have worked with Mike Krebs and his team for over 15 years. Nutter’s familiarity with our business, strategic advice, responsiveness, and pragmatic approach were invaluable from start to finish,” said Perry Vieth, Founder & CEO of Ceres Partners.
