Prior to joining Nutter, Jinal was a business law associate at Goodwin. Before that, she interned at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. House of Representatives, and FeldCare Connects.

    Nutter advised Cape Cod Commercial Linen Service, Inc., a commercial laundry and linen services provider serving hospitality, food and beverage, and other commercial customers, in connection with its sale to PureStar.

  • Ceres Partners

    Nutter served as legal counsel to Ceres Partners, LLC, a leading U.S.-based alternative asset manager specializing in farmland investments, in connection with its sale to WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT).

  • Charles Hudson Technology Solutions

    Nutter advised Charles Hudson Technology Solutions Inc. (CHTS) in its acquisition by Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering.

  • Keefe Bruyette & Woods, Piper Sandler, and Brean Capital

    Nutter served as legal counsel to Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. (KBW), A Stifel Company, as agent and lead-left bookrunner, Piper Sandler & Co., as co-book running manager, and Brean Capital LLC, as co-manager, in connection with the $1.7 billion subscription and firm commitment offering of Columbia Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq Global Select Market: CLBK). The offering was completed simultaneously with Columbia’s second-step conversion and its merger with Northfield Bancorp, Inc.

  • NB Bancorp, Inc.

    Nutter served as legal counsel to NB Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: NBBK), the holding company for Needham Bank, in its merger with Provident Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: PVBC), the holding company for BankProv.

  • Veritas Prime

    Nutter represented Veritas Prime, a leading provider of SAP Technology Solutions and Services, in connection with a $31.5 million strategic investment to accelerate the expansion of its Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) offerings and strengthen its SAP S/4 Finance practice.
