Nutter Attorneys Advise Business Owners at BizGrow Winterfest 2024

BizGrow, a program of Lawyers for Civil Rights, held its WinterFest legal clinic on February 15. At the Zoom-based clinic, Nutter attorneys helped entrepreneurs and small business owners with basic legal issues in areas like entity formation, contracts, and trademarks. A team of volunteers from the Corporate and Intellectual Property Departments participated in the BizGrow legal clinic, including Kadeem Apply, Patrick Concannon, Kate Henry, Portia Keady, Jeff Klayman, Guru Laxmikanthan, Mark Leonardo, Elizabeth Myers, Tim Rennie, Steven Saunders, and Tom Tuytschaevers.

BizGrow provides free legal assistance, business support, and technical assistance to minority, immigrant, and women business owners—ensuring they encounter fewer obstacles and more opportunities.
