Nutter Bolsters Corporate and Transactions Capabilities With Addition of Alexandra Slavet as Partner

Nutter announced today that Alexandra Slavet has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate and Transactions Department. Slavet focuses her practice on advising companies, funds, investors, and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of equity and debt, and commercial loan transactions. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology and business services.

Prior to joining Nutter, Slavet was a partner in the Boston office of a boutique corporate law firm. Before that, she practiced corporate law in the New York and Boston offices of an international law firm. Slavet earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Amherst College.
