Sarah Kelly and Brian Lee, partners in Nutter’s Litigation Department, will address recent developments in the law of personal jurisdiction in Massachusetts and around the country in a Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar. In their session, “BBA Webinar: So You Think You Can Sue Me in Massachusetts? Personal Jurisdiction: Beyond the Basics,” Sarah and Brian will discuss the Supreme Court’s recent decisions on general and specific jurisdiction, recent noteworthy developments in Massachusetts and the First Circuit, and practical tips for deciding whether and how to pursue a personal jurisdiction defense.
