Gregory R. Bradford

Gregory’s representative experience includes the following:

• Representing a major investor and asset manager as exclusive outside counsel in connection with real estate financings.
• Representing a national energy company as primary outside counsel in transactional matters, including portfolio loans and acquisitions.
• Representing regional and national banks and life insurance companies on construction and permanent financings across the United States.
• Representing an institutional landlord on all aspects of the leasing of a Class A commercial office building in downtown Boston.
• Advising a national developer on title, permitting, and complex easement matters in connection with large-scale redevelopment projects in the Greater Boston area, including a long-term mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Boston and the transformation of a former industrial site outside of Boston.

Gregory also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a Jesuit high school on the acquisition of a new campus and advising the school’s board of directors on various real estate matters related to their operations. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustee Associates of the Nativity School of Worcester, a tuition-free Jesuit middle school serving a low-income student population.

In addition to his client work, Gregory has co-authored comprehensive case law updates for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s Annual Environmental and Land Use Conference.

Gregory has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch and was named a “Rising Star” by the New England Real Estate Journal.
