Greg Bradford, a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department, co-moderated the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) webinar Distressed Hotel Loans: Current Trends, Drafting Tips, and What’s Next. The panel discussion provided a practitioner’s overview of the issues that have arisen in hotel loan workouts and recapitalizations over the past several months, as well as a forecast for what the next 6-12 months may bring. Additionally, the presentation provided drafting and issue-spotting guidance to real estate attorneys.
