Liam O’Connell and Mike Scott Honored as Top Managing Partners by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Liam O’Connell and Mike Scott, co-managing partners of Nutter, have been selected as “Top Managing Partners” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for the second consecutive year. In the “Managing Partners Spotlight,” Liam and Mike were lauded for “set[ting] a superb example for dynamic leadership.”

In addition to serving as co-managing partners, Liam and Mike are also widely recognized for their leadership in the labor and employment and real estate sectors, respectively. Liam represents clients in collective bargaining, union-organizing campaigns, grievance and arbitrations, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board. He also maintains an active employment litigation practice that is national in scope. Mike represents developers, corporate, institutional, and investment clients in all aspects of commercial development, acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of assets. He has significant experience in matters involving zoning and land use, regulatory permitting, real estate development, and environmental remediation and compliance.

The “Top Managing Partners” list celebrates managing partners who exhibit exceptional leadership within their firms and the broader legal community.
