In addition to serving as co-managing partners, Liam and Michael are also widely recognized for their leadership in the labor and employment and real estate sectors, respectively. Liam represents clients in collective bargaining, union-organizing campaigns, grievance and arbitrations, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board. He also maintains an active employment litigation practice that is national in scope. Michael represents developers, corporate, institutional, and investment clients in all aspects of commercial development, acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of assets. He has significant experience in matters involving zoning and land use, regulatory permitting, real estate development, and environmental remediation and compliance.
