Nutter Represents lef Farms in its Acquisition by BrightFarms, Inc.Print PDF
Nutter served as legal counsel to lef Farms, an indoor grower based in Loudon, NH, in connection with its acquisition by BrightFarms, Inc., an indoor farming company and provider of locally grown packaged salads. The legal team was led by Michael Kushnir in the Corporate and Transactions Department and included Portia Keady and Mary Martin on corporate matters; David Libardoni and Wendy Fiscus on real estate matters; and Chris McLoon and Melissa McMorrow on tax matters.
Pronounced “leaf,” lef Farms produces fresh and nutritious baby greens every day of the year, regardless of weather, in an advanced climate-controlled greenhouse environment. The first of its kind in the Northeast, lef Farms brings grocers, institutions, food service, and consumers fresh, tasty, and healthy mixed greens from the other side of town, not the other side of the country.
