| Press Release

Nutter served as legal advisor to DTM Packaging and Custom Automation, a leader in machinery manufacturing and re-manufacturing, in its acquisition by The Massman Companies, a Minnesota-based team of machinery and technology companies. The legal team was led by Shannon Zollo and Jonathan Calla, and included Kelly Dutremble and Elizabeth Myers on corporate matters, Michael Mooney and Erin Whitney on tax matters, Crescent Moran Chasteen and David Rubin on labor, employee benefits and employment matters, and David Libardoni on real estate matters.

Based in Hingham, MA, DTM Packaging manufactures and remanufactures bottling, packaging, and custom automation equipment.
