Nutter Represents Innovation Associates in Consortium Investment Led by Former Walgreens Boots Alliance CEO Greg Wasson
Print PDFNutter served as legal counsel to Innovation Associates, the market-leading provider of high-volume pharmacy automation technology and software solutions to the retail, hospital, government, and mail order pharmacy markets, in connection with a consortium of investors led by Greg Wasson, the former Walgreens Boots Alliance CEO, acquiring a majority stake to scale the business and enhance its pharmacy automation offerings. The Nutter deal team was led by Shannon Zollo, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and chair of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, and included Josh French, Jonathan Calla, Kelly Dutremble, Blake Tyler, and Kate Henry on corporate matters; Michael Mooney, Laura Marsell, and Erin Whitney on tax matters; Chris Lindstrom and Emily Grannon Fox on labor and employment matters; and Pat Concannon and Liza Hadley on intellectual property matters.
