Nutter will host a celebration of Ken Berman’s official book launch on March 27 in the Louis Brandeis Conference Center. A partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, Ken authored Reinventing Witness Preparation: Unlocking the Secrets to Testimonial Success. Hon. Judith Cowin (ret.), former Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, will emcee the event.

Published by the American Bar Association, Ken’s book challenges all the orthodox assumptions about how witnesses are supposed to testify and presents a compelling, in-depth analysis of why the conventional approach to witness preparation so often generates losing testimony. In place of the conventional approach, Reinventing Witness Preparation teaches a far more thoughtful approach and showcases a paradigm shift in witness preparation methods, designed to empower witnesses to give their most effective truthful testimony.
