Overview

Maya Ginga Ritchie is an associate in Nutter’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries. Maya has experience in various stages of litigation, ranging from initial fact investigation, settlement negotiations, discovery, and pre-trial motion practice in both state and federal court. Maya enjoys understanding the intersection of clients’ business and dispute resolution needs to develop successful case strategies.

Before joining Nutter, Maya interned at the Kraft Group LLC, where she supported the in-house legal team for all of the Kraft businesses, including the New England Patriots, the New England Revolution, International Forest Products, and Rand-Whitney Container. Prior to law school, Maya was a contract manager in the Legal Department at Sanofi Genzyme. She negotiated confidentiality disclosure agreements for the Research & Development department and identified issues for regulatory compliance review.

During law school, Maya served as the senior articles editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. She was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honor society.

    Nutter served as legal counsel to Eastprint Incorporated, a printed electronics solutions provider, in connection with its acquisition by East West Manufacturing, LLC, an integrated design, engineering, manufacturing, and distribution services partner for original equipment manufacturers and distributors throughout North America and Europe.
