Mentoring Program
Nutter thrives on close working relationships among its partners, associates, and business services staff. Every associate has at least one designated mentor, but a single mentoring program does not meet everyone’s needs. As a result, Nutter has developed tailored mentoring opportunities to foster a multi-dimensional support system for attorneys.
Mentoring opportunities at Nutter include:
- Mentoring Circles - each circle meets periodically and consists of a small group of attorneys at various stages of their career development and from different departments. Membership in mentoring circles is opt-in.
- Coaches - one-on-one career, writing, business development, and/or management coaching with independent experts.
Attorneys at Nutter also participate in external initiatives that help them grow personally and professionally, including:
- Women’s Leadership Initiative – Women’s Bar Association
- Public Interest Leadership Program – Boston Bar Association
- Boston’s Future Leaders Program and Women's Leadership Program – Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce
- Pathfinder and Fellows Programs – Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
