World Trademark Review Recognizes Nutter as a Top Trademark Firm in the 2021 WTR 1000

According to the guide, “Brand owners love the personal, partner-level attention and quality advice that Nutter McClennen provides.” The team advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of trademarks “with great energy, enthusiasm and agility.”
Pat Concannon and Rory P. Pheiffer, partners in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department, were selected in the “Individuals: Prosecution and Strategy” category. Pat was also named in the “Individuals: Enforcement and Litigation” section. Clients praised Pat as “a pragmatist who sees things from an in-house counsel perspective” with special experience in trademark clearance and policing, and dexterously handling contentious matters including TTAB proceedings and UDRP actions.
