World Trademark Review Ranks Nutter Among Top Trademark Firms in 2020 WTR 1000
Print PDFNutter was ranked in the 2020 WTR 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals, the definitive guide to trademark professionals published by the World Trademark Review (WTR). The guide stated that “Nutter recently beefed up its IP group…its new lawyers focus primarily on patent law but have trademark chops, too, giving the firm increased bandwidth on the brands side of the practice.”
Pat Concannon and Rory P. Pheiffer, partners in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department, were recognized as leading practitioners “who have been knocking it out of the park recently.” According to the guide, Pat “is an authority on the protection of brand value and reputation in the digital realm. He likes to be hands on with his work and clients and does not pass work off to inexperienced attorneys – something which characterizes Nutter’s approach more broadly.”

To arrive at the rankings, researchers evaluated factors such as depth of expertise, market presence, and the level of work, alongside positive peer and client feedback.
