Nutter Represents Redi2 Technologies, Inc. in Its Acquisition by Envestnet
Print PDFNutter served as legal counsel to Redi2 Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of revenue management and hosted fee-billing solutions in the global financial services industry, in connection with its acquisition by Envestnet. The legal team was led by Michael Kushnir in the Corporate and Transactions Department and included Alexandra Slavet, Portia Keady, and AJ Santaniello on corporate matters; Tracy Vitols on employee benefits matters; and Michael Mooney and Erin Cicchetti on tax matters.
The deal creates more connections across the Envestnet financial wellness ecosystem for asset managers, wealth managers, and registered investment advisors (RIAs). Redi2’s platform enables fee calculation, invoice creation, payouts and accounting, and billing compliance. Its cloud-based, single-sign-on product portfolio includes providing client revenue accounting and billing services for asset managers; delivering multi-party billing and payouts for broker-dealers and turnkey asset management programs (TAMPs); and offering advisory billing and invoicing, including fee-splitting and flexible billing setup functionalities, for financial advisors.
