Nutter Represents Essco Calibration Laboratory in Its Acquisition by Transcat, Inc.

The transaction creates a dominant presence for Transcat in the New England market providing specialized, high-end calibration services to multiple industries, including life sciences, industrial, and aerospace and defense.
