The Boston Globe article, “Former Walsh, Rollins aide Dan Mulhern to co-chair government affairs practice at Nutter,” noted that together, Dan and Bill will strengthen the firm’s ability to guide clients through complex legislative and regulatory processes. Dan described how Nutter’s collaborative culture will increase the firm’s comprehensive support for clients facing governmental challenge that include navigating real estate transactions, corporate matters, and nonprofit governance issues.
Dan also foresees his government experience as an asset for corporate clients interested in public-private partnerships. “We’re well positioned to be a bridge for corporate Boston [leaders] to position them as strong community stakeholders and corporate citizens,” he said.
