Beth Mitchell and Marianne Ajemian, members of the firm’s Commercial Finance and the Workout, Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice groups, participated in the Law Seminars International’s workshop “Commercial Real Estate Workouts & Remedies” on March 24. The program provided an overview of the strategies available for effective workouts from a business and legal perspective. Beth served as co-chair of the program and moderator of the session “Forbearance and Loan Modification Agreements.”  Marianne served as a panelist for the session “Buying and Selling Distressed Real Estate and Distressed Debt.”
