Nutter Launches Blog Dedicated to the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court

Nutter announces the launch of the BLS Blog, which highlights developments in the Business Litigation Session (BLS) of the Massachusetts Superior Court. The blog focuses on BLS decisions that break new legal ground, clarify Massachusetts law (at the trial-court level), or otherwise merit attention. A trove of valuable resources, the blog provides background on the workings of the BLS, including information about the BLS justices and links to a range of helpful materials.

Eric Magnuson serves as the blog’s editor. Eric is a partner in the Litigation Department and serves as co-chair of Nutter’s Business Litigation practice group. The blog will also feature content from other Nutter attorneys.
