Ian Roffman, chair of Nutter’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice and a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and Mark Jensen, of counsel in Nutter’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice group, co-wrote an article for Corporate Compliance Insights titled, "2 Surprises from the SEC's New Fair Value Rule." In the article, Mark and Ian discuss the SEC's Fair Value Rule, which requires fund investments to be fair valued where market quotations that are not “readily available.” The two authors explore the effects this change will have.
