David Ferrera, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group, served as editor-in-chief of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s (MCLE) Massachusetts Courtroom Advocacy 2023 handbook.
