David Ferrera, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group, served as editor-in-chief of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s (MCLE) Massachusetts Courtroom Advocacy 2023 handbook. David also contributed the “Cross-Examination” chapter, which addressed threshold questions, proper techniques, substantive reasons to cross-examine, types of witnesses, and more.
