Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and a co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, and Kate Henry and A.J. Santaniello, associates in the Corporate and Transactions Department, wrote an article for Banker & Tradesman outlining the potential benefits and pitfalls which come with cryptocurrency. In the article, titled, "OCC Letter Sheds Light on Cryptocurrency Risk and Reward," the three authors discuss how recent actions across the entire financial spectrum indicate growing acceptance of cryptocurrency amongst Big Tech, traditional financial firms, central banks, and general consumers.
