Mark Jensen, of counsel in Nutter’s Litigation Department, Ian Roffman, a partner and chair of Nutter’s Litigation Department, and Mike Krebs, a partner and chair of Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department wrote an article that analyzed the SEC’s proposed package of rules in Law360.
