Melanie Woodward, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department, was honored by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Foundation as one of its “Ten Outstanding Young Leaders” (TOYL). The awards recognize the contributions of current and emerging young, local leaders who have demonstrated professional, personal, cultural, and civic commitments to advance their community, organization, and region.

The TOYL awards recognize the best of the Boston region’s young professionals driving change within their organizations and communities, building momentum for a more inclusive, thriving region. Melanie was selected for her creative approach to client success, significant courtroom experience, and exceptional commitment to pro bono representation.

Melanie is a member of Nutter’s Business Litigation, Securities Enforcement and Litigation, and Labor and Employment Litigation practice groups, where clients frequently engage her for legal advice in complex commercial litigation matters, government investigations, and internal investigations.

Presented annually by City Awake, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s premier young professional network that connects, engages, and celebrates next-generation leaders, the Ten Outstanding Young Leaders Awards honor the visionaries shaping the future of Greater Boston through bold ideas and meaningful impact.
