Melanie represents clients in complex commercial and employment litigation matters, guides them through government investigations, and conducts internal investigations to uncover potential wrongdoing, make independent findings, and head off litigation or regulatory inquiries. With significant courtroom experience, she has successfully tried cases in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
Earlier this year, Melanie was selected to The 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation and The Legal 500’s 2026 U.S. City Elite in recognition of her excellence in litigation.
