Nicola Sullivan Named to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program
Print PDFNicola Sullivan, an associate in Nutter’s Real Estate Department, has been selected for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program (WLP) for 2026–2027. The year-long program equips high-performing women professionals with a leadership toolkit designed to advance their own careers while creating the conditions for other women to succeed.
Participants learn from faculty at the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership across sessions on leadership style, leading teams, negotiation, managing perceptions, and public speaking. Participants will also connect with senior women leaders through the Chamber’s Women's Network and cross-industry peer mentor groups and design an Individual Action Project to apply in their own workplace.
