Nutter Client Professional Audio Design Successfully Defends Its 30-Year Brand
Print PDFNutter client, Professional Audio Design, has successfully resolved a multi-year litigation brought in response to attacks by certain third parties on PAD’s premier brand of recording-studio speaker—Augspurger® Monitors—as reported by music industry journal, Headliner. PAD, according to the article, has manufactured and sold Augspurger® Monitors for decades, and its “brand has been synonymous with high end audio, featuring in some of the world’s leading studios.” PAD’s Augspurger® Monitors have been, as the article notes, “crucial in helping shape the sound of hip-hop as we know it today.”
