Nutter Represents Wilkie Textiles in Acquisition of Product Lines From Bradford Shawsheen Coating Technologies

Nutter advised Wilkie Technical Textiles, a Scotland-based global leader in industrial materials and technical textiles, in connection with its acquisition of certain product lines and the option to purchase a production facility from Bradford Shawsheen Coating Technologies (BSCT). Wilkie is a sixth-generation company that uses advanced textile technologies to create industry-leading solutions for a wide variety of end customer industries. The transaction marks Wilkie’s expansion into the United States. The Nutter team was led by Mark Tarallo and included Armand Santaniello, David Libardoni, and Natalie Cappellazzo.

The acquisition of Bradford Industries will enhance Wilkie’s manufacturing footprint as well as cement its pledge to leading-edge development in the technical textiles industry. The Lowell facility features a five-station coating line with flip station and one-side lamination and is poised for substantial growth on the back of this transaction.
