World Trademark Review Names Nutter, Pat Concannon, and Mark Leonardo to 2025 WTR 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals

World Trademark Review has recognized Nutter in the silver category of the 2025 edition of WTR 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals. The guide described how the “team perfectly blends a collaborative approach with a personalised client service to ensure that all clients’ needs are met.” In addition, Pat Concannon and Mark Leonardo, partners in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department, were recommended for their trademark expertise. 

Mark increased his ranking this year, being newly recognized in the silver category of “Individuals: Prosecution and Strategy.” The guide described Mark as “a top adviser for all aspects of IP strategy, including commercial exploitation" who is "known for his business acumen and responsiveness."

Pat was honored in the silver category in the “Individuals: Prosecution and Strategy” and “Individuals: Enforcement and Litigation” lists. According to the guide, Pat “employs his nuanced legal insights and global perspectives to offer expert guidance on his clients’ portfolios. He is also a highly skilled advocate and has brought in many favourable results in opposition and cancellation proceedings at the USPTO.”
