Nutter congratulates its client, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, on the successful completion of the new, long-term ground lease of the site presently occupied by the Midtown Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.

The First Church of Christ, Scientist entered into a long-term ground lease with an affiliate of National Development for two parcels of land across Huntington Avenue from the Christian Science Plaza. Nutter’s Real Estate Department provides expertise, both nationally and regionally, on the wide range of legal challenges surrounding all types of real estate, including the most complex transactions and developments.
