New England Legal Foundation Appoints Eric Magnuson to its Massachusetts Advisory Council

Eric Magnuson, co-chair of Nutter’s Business Litigation practice group, was appointed to the Massachusetts Advisory Council of the New England Legal Foundation (NELF). NELF Advisory Councils help develop the Foundation’s positions on public policy matters and often recommend legal advocacy for consideration by NELF’s Board of Directors on issues of importance to the region’s economy. The Advisory Councils also host speakers of interest to their particular sector of the economy at locations convenient to members in each state.

Founded in 1977, NELF is the leading non-partisan, non-profit public interest law firm in the region dedicated to economic liberty. NELF’s ongoing mission is to champion free enterprise, property rights, limited government based on rule of law, and inclusive economic growth.
