Eric Magnuson Selected as a 2024 Go To Business Litigation Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Eric Magnuson, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation group, was named a 2024 Go To Business Litigation Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. This honor recognizes top lawyers across Massachusetts who are considered leaders in their field. The featured attorneys were nominated by colleagues and chosen by a panel from Lawyers Weekly.

The special supplement described how Eric has 20-plus years of experience in state and federal courts. He handles all stages of the litigation in class actions, multi-district litigations and arbitral disputes on behalf of a diverse range of clients that includes banks, Fortune 500 companies, law firms, governmental entities, trustees, directors and officers. In addition, Eric has litigated cases involving an array of allegations, including bank fraud, unfair competition, tortious conduct, contractual breach, unfair insurance practices, infringement of constitutional rights, negligent product design, violations of export-import laws, infringement of intellectual property, and breaches of data privacy laws.
