David Libardoni, a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Development, Land Use and Permitting practice group, spoke about his path in real estate law, nuances of real estate development, modern challenges in the legal industry, and more in a Design Development podcast. In the episode “Real Estate Law with David Libardoni, Partner at Nutter,” David addressed Nutter’s individualized approach to providing legal expertise and the importance of changing perspectives. David said, “The thing I keep in mind is ‘How do I achieve my client’s goals?’ Really understanding from a client what they are at the outset. A regional bank who’s lending on a project that’s pretty stabilized has a lot different goals than a private debt fund who sees an opportunistic financing on a deal.”
