Dan Hartman, an of counsel in Nutter’s Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, was spotlighted in Banker & Tradesman’s “In Person” column. In the profile, “A Regulatory Navigator with an Inside Perspective,” Dan discussed how his time at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is an asset when advising banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions in regulatory, transactional, supervisory, and enforcement matters.

“I’ve had a long interest in doing public service,” said Dan. He noted that after his experience at the Fed, “I’m able to talk to clients about their issues before they bring them to the regulator. A lot of times, clients and banks want to come to the regulator prepared, and so I’m able to look at things from a regulatory lens before it goes in front of the regulator, I think that’s proved incredibly valuable.”
