Marianne Ajemian Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly 2026 Hall of Fame
Print PDFMarianne Ajemian, a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department, has been selected to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2026 Hall of Fame class. Membership in the Hall of Fame is reserved for the Commonwealth’s most distinguished attorneys in recognition of a lifetime of achievement, leadership, and professional excellence.
Marianne focuses her practice on advising clients in complex transactions. She represents financing institutions, real estate investment funds, developers, real estate investors and advisors, pension fund advisors and their institutional investors, REITs, healthcare and senior housing companies, and nonprofit institutions. In addition, Marianne advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, dispositions, and leasing involving a broad range of projects, including mixed-use and transit-oriented developments, downtown and suburban office buildings, research and development properties, retail and industrial properties, multi-family housing projects, hotels, restaurants, and institutional uses.
A longtime leader in the real estate industry, Marianne is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). She is also a member of the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA), NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she is also a member of the ULI Urban Development Mixed-Use Product Council and the ULI Boston District Council. Marianne has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce since 2000 and was a member of the Women’s Network Advisory Board for a decade.
Marianne will be honored on September 15 at a reception in Boston.
