Sarah Kelly discusses corruption trial of former House Speaker Sal DiMasi on The Emily Rooney Show

Sarah Kelly, a member of the Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, appeared on The Emily Rooney Show to discuss the corruption trial of former House Speaker Sal DiMasi, who was found guilty this afternoon on seven of nine counts in his public corruption case. In addition to conspiracy and extortion, DiMasi was also found guilty of depriving state residents of his so-called “honest services.” Sarah goes on to discuss the impact of the Skilling trial on this case.
