Nutter Represents Globe Composite Solutions, LLC in its Acquisition by ESCO Technologies Inc.
Print PDFBoston – Nutter served as legal advisor to Globe Composite Solutions, LLC (Globe), a navy submarine supplier, in its acquisition by ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE), a global provider of highly engineered products and solutions to diverse and growing end-markets that include the aerospace, space, healthcare, wireless, consumer electronics, electric utility, and renewable energy industries. Globe will become part of ESCO’s Filtration operating segment.
The legal team was led by Shannon Zollo, chair of Nutter’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, and included Jonathan Calla, Joshua French, Kelly Dutremble, and Kate Henry on corporate matters; Michael Mooney and Crescent Moran Chasteen on tax matters; David Rubin on labor and employment matters; and Liza Hadley on intellectual property matters.
Globe is a well-established, vertically integrated supplier of mission-critical composite-based products and solutions for navy, defense, and industrial customers. The company works directly with the U.S. Navy and also through prime contractors to cost-effectively and efficiently produce parts that meet rigid military-grade specifications through its internally developed expertise.
