David L. Ferrera, a partner at Nutter McClennen & Fish in Boston, presented on the panel of “The Globalization of Drug and Med Products Liability: A Checklist for Creating a Cost-Effective Approach to International Mass Tort Litigation” at the American Conference Institute’s 20th Annual Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference in New York.

David is chair of Nutter’s Product Liability and Toxic Tort Litigation practice group and handles complex civil disputes with the majority of his practice concentrated in the drug and medical device industries, with an additional emphasis in real estate and construction disputes.
