Matt Doring, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department and co-chair of the Commercial and Real Estate Finance practice group, chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Handling Commercial Loans: From Loan Structures to Documentation and Closing.” In addition to serving as chair, Matt presented on drafting deal documents and personal property collateral documentation.
