Their session is titled “You Make the Call: Navigating Legal Crises.”
Some of the hardest decisions a bank leader faces arrive with no warning and no precedent. In this interactive session, Kate, Matt, and Dan will put attendees in the CEO’s chair and work through a series of fast-moving legal and regulatory scenarios drawn from the real pressures banks face today, including scenarios from third-party risk management, to cybersecurity and elder fraud.
This is a discussion, not a lecture. Attendees will be asked to make the call, defend it, and then examine where the legal and regulatory risk actually sits, so they leave with a sharper sense of the questions to ask when a decision can’t wait.
